What is it?
Our free trial lesson is a 30 minute session we offer to all new students. You will meet your future teacher in person and have a taste of what the lessons will be like before you enroll with us.
What's included in the Free Trial Lesson?
After a brief tour of the facility, the majority of the Free Trial Session is spent in our studios with your teacher. For brand new beginners, a comprehensive introduction of their instrument of choice will be given by the teacher. Student and parent will have a better understanding of the instrument and decide if it is the right choice for them. This meeting will also give teachers a chance to assess readiness in young beginners. For students with previous experience, they will be asked to play their instrument for the teacher. Student and teacher can then discuss details regarding future lessons, such as lesson plan, expectations and goals, music selection, etc.
Why do we offer Free Trial Lessons?
We strongly believe that a positive, compatible student-teacher relationship is the key to successful music education. A good match between the student and the teacher is essential. We feel that although we provide detailed information of our teachers, you still won't really know them until you meet them in person. Our Free Trial Session will give both the student and teacher a chance to get to know each other a little bit.
We also believe it is important for students and parents to know what they are getting into before they sign up with us. We are confident that our teachers are absolutely the best in the area and we want to offer you an opportunity to meet with them!
What to do after my Free Trial Lesson?
If you are happy with everything after the trial session, you can sign up for weekly lessons. A one time $25/family Registration fee is required to secure your spot. One of our store associates will assist you will all steps of signing up. We will pro-rate you for the lessons that month.
